Video and Written Report
The only company providing a video report. HomEx provides a narrated video of the entire house and its systems, not just the trouble spots. You will have a visual record of each room and, if there are trouble spots, you'll have a complete understanding of the problems. The average video report length is between 20 and 30 minutes.
The 15 page written report is easy to read, easy to understand and clearly identifies major defects. In fact, HomEx's report is so thorough and easy to read that many inspection firms around the country now use it under license from HomEx.
